As part of the "Finland. Ykkönen" tournament, TPS and Jaro will play on Friday. I'm betting on the home team's victory.
TPS defeated KPV with a score of 4:1 in their last match which took place on 6 July. Thanks to this victory, TPS moved up to the 5th place in the Ykkönen: Regular Season table with 22 points after 14 played matches. They have 6 wins, 4 losses, and 4 draws, with a goal difference of 24:19. In the match against KPV, the first goal was scored by Hamalainen at the 1st minute, opening the score for TPS. Niko Hämäläinen repeated his success and scored a second goal at the 65th minute. Subsequently, Gero and Ali-Abubakar also scored goals at the 70th and 72nd minutes respectively, increasing TPS's advantage to 4:0. At the 79th minute, Rantanen (KPV) scored an own goal, but this did not prevent the hosts from securing a confident victory.
At the moment, the KPV team ranks 12th in the league table, they have 8 points after 14 matches. KPV has only one win, 8 losses, and occupies the bottom position in the table.
Jaro displayed an excellent game in their last match against Käpylän, which took place on 9 July. Jaro managed to win with a score of 3:2. At the start of the match, at the 27th minute, Jaro opened the score when Eremenko scored a goal. At the 59th minute, Sotelo doubled Jaro's advantage, scoring the second goal. However, Käpylän did not plan to give up and at the 70th minute was able to reduce the gap when Heikurinen scored a goal, making the score 1:2. KäPa continued to put pressure on the opponent and at the last minute of regular time, Rekola managed to score a goal, making the score 2:2. However, Jaro was set on winning and, thanks to Myrevik's efforts, they were able to score the decisive goal at the 90th minute, securing the victory in favour of their team.
With this victory, Jaro strengthened its position at the 8th place in the Ykkönen table with a total of 13 points accumulated. The team has played 13 matches, having 3 wins, 6 losses, and 4 draws. In total, 177 goals were scored in these matches: 89 goals were scored by TPS, and 88 goals were scored by Jaro.
