Individual Total 2
Individual total 2 or IT2 is a betting market for betting on the performance indicators of the guests in a sporting event.
Bookmaker platform set the market in the list of sports disciplines: football, hockey, esports, basketball and tennis.
The market has two 'arms': total more (ITO2) and total less (ITU2).
In the bookmaker's list, they set the market with various positive and low values. The player needs to determine the 'arm' and choose the value of the most likely total.
What is Individual Total 2
IT2 determines the productivity of the away team only. The productivity of the home team doesn't matter and doesn't affect the bet calculation.
Types of totals:
- Fractional (1.5, 2.5, 3.5,...). The bet can be calculated as a win or a loss.
- Whole (1, 2, 3,...). Outcomes of calculation: win, loss, and bet return.
- Asian (1.25, 2.75, 3.25,...). The Bookmaker divides the bet into 2 bets – the whole and fractional total.
Bookmakers rarely describe Asian totals for bets on individual indicators. Mostly the total determines the number of goals scored, pucks, or points scored by the team on the road, but in the description, betting companies put a market on totals and other indicators: fouls, yellow cards, total kills in esports.
Total Over
To pass a bigger "arm" of the total ITO2, the player needs to determine the most likely value of points or goals that the team will gain when playing away.
For example, a bet of 100 NGN on ITO2 (2) for a football match with a quotation of 1.87.
Options for calculating bets:
- The guests scored 3 or more goals. Win 100 * 1.87 = 187 NGN the client will receive.
- The guests scored precisely 2 goals – bet refund. The bookmaker will calculate the bet with a quotation of 1.00 and return 100 NGN to the user's account.
- The home team did not allow the guests to score more than 1 goal in the match – bet loss.
Upon achieving the specified results of the total, bookmakers do not wait for the end of the match and immediately calculate the bets.
In calculating bets on the total, bookmakers may only consider the main match time without overtime and penalty.
Total Under
For a successful bet on the individual total less ITM2, the player needs to determine the value of points or goals that the guests will not score with the maximum probability.
For example, a bet of 300 NGN on IMU2 (4) for a hockey match with a quotation of 1.62.
Calculation of bets on ITU2:
- The guests successfully attacked the hosts' gates and threw more than 4 pucks - bet loss.
- As a result of the meeting, the guests scored 4 pucks – refund. The bookmaker will calculate the bet with an odd of 1.00: 300 * 1.00 = 300 NGN.
- The guests managed to throw fewer than 4 pucks into the opponent's gate. The customer won the bet and will receive 300 * 1.62 = 486 NGN
Bets on ITU2 bookmakers calculate strictly after the match is over, and official results are published.
