In the upcoming round of League 2, Bradford City are set to face off against Milton Keynes at the Valley Parade stadium.
After a brief spell in League 1 the team is now in their 5th season of League 2. Last year they were close to returning to the third division, finishing in 6th place, but they were defeated by Carlisle with a scoreline of 2:3 in the semi-finals. Currently, they have a bit of a rough patch going on as they sit at 14th place in the league table.
In the 27th round, they drew with Colchester United (1:1). They followed this up with another draw against Salford (1:1). The lads then suffered a defeat at the hands of Swindon Town with the scoreline reading 2:0. After that, another draw came against Wimbledon (0:0). To everyone's surprise, in their last match, they clinched a win away at Wrexham with a minimum score.
Last season, the side performed poorly in League 1, finishing in 21st place and being relegated to League 2. Now, they are fighting for a return and are currently at the 6th position in the league table.
After a defeat to Morecambe (1:2), they managed to secure another victory over Wimbledon (3:1). The lads then beat Gillingham with a scoreline of 2:1. However, they suffered a defeat from Barrow in their following match (0:1). In their last game, the team triumphed over Accrington with a scoreline of 2:1.
The last face-to-face match between Bradford and Milton Keynes was played on the 24th of October 2023 and ended with a scoreline of 4:1 in Milton's favour.
Both teams have been playing well recently, but I'm going to try betting on an Asian handicap 0 for Bradford. Milton Keynes have not been as good on their travels lately, and Bradford have been performing quite well on home ground.
Regarding the total, I would propose going for total over 2.5. Bradford's defence is not particularly sturdy, whilst Wrexham have a rather good attack.
