Norwich City and Watford are set to go head to head on Tuesday evening at Carrow Road, with both sides still eyeing a play-off spot. Norwich have lost only one match from their last six, and after a Cup loss to Liverpool, have only upped their game.
After their leading striker Jonathan Rowe sustained a damaged patellar tendon in the match against QPR, Christian Fassnacht seems all set to take his place on the right flank. Club veteran Grant Hanley is expected to be in the starting lineup, marking only his third Championship game.
As per manager Ismaila Sarr, Watford will likely field Miloš Racić in attack, while Tom Dele-Bashiru will once again cover the right-back spot. The return of Emmanuel Dennis seems to be postponed.
Norwich has been in impeccable form recently and have been playing some top-notch football, and the anticipation is they will continue their rise up the table to reach the playoffs. Watford, facing some turbulence, will likely have a tough time fighting back. A home win seems to be the most logical choice.
