On Monday, 3 June, England and Bosnia and Herzegovina will face off in a Friendly match.
This year, English clubs haven't reached any significant heights. We might see a lineup close to what will play in the Euros, but a home friendly is an opportunity to experiment while it’s possible. In their last five games, they only lost to Brazil (0-1), but had an excellent performance in the qualifiers.
The team failed to qualify for the Euros, losing to Ukraine in the semi-finals (1-2), which was quite expected. They are on a streak of four losses and in poor form, making an upset highly unlikely. They even lost to a weaker Luxembourg (1-4), which says a lot.
The teams have not met each other before.
A resounding victory for the hosts is on the cards. With no roster losses, they need to thrill the home crowd with a demolition of the Bosnians. The visitors are likely to face the brunt of the English side's frustration over club level failures. I believe England will comfortably win with a HANDICAP (-1.5), possibly even (-2).
