Djokovic: I'm a Bit Rusty in Terms of Mobility

Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic, currently ranked number two in the world, spoke about his physical condition at Wimbledon following knee surgery.

"The longer I stay in the net, the more chances my mobility will improve. I'm a bit rusty in terms of mobility. I don't think about re-injuring my knee; I don't have the time or energy to think about it, and I don't think it's worth it," Djokovic said at a press conference.

It should be reminded that the Serbian withdrew from the quarterfinals of Roland Garros and underwent knee surgery. A week later, he had his first training session in the gym, and six days later, he returned to the court. At Wimbledon, Novak has reached the third round, where he will play against Alexei Popyrin. Djokovic is a seven-time grass-court Grand Slam title holder and reached the final in 2023.
