Messi and Suarez will not play in the MLS All-Star Game and the Mexican Championship due to injuries

Inter Miami forwards Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez will not participate in the MLS All-Star Game and the Mexican Championship, reports ESPN.

Messi sustained an ankle injury in the victorious Copa America final against Colombia. Suarez also has a minor injury sustained in the USA.

Recall that the Argentina national team won the 2024 Copa America, and Uruguay won the bronze medals by defeating Canada in the third-place match.

The MLS and Mexican Championship All-Star Game will take place on July 25 in Columbus.
