Notably, the Eagles claimed their fifth clean sheet of the new season at Turf Moor – equal to Arsenal and Newcastle. 

Everton

Everton, who struggled in previous seasons, is expected to once again find themselves in the lower part of the table in this campaign. Currently, the Liverpudlians hold the 16th spot in the Premier League, but they still maintain a substantial 5-point gap from the 18th-positioned Bournemouth. After an unremarkable start, the Toffees have been in decent form in recent weeks, winning three out of their last six matches with one draw and two defeats.

After a victory over West Ham (0:1), they shared points with Brighton (1:1) last weekend. Vitalii Mykolenko gave Everton the lead, but Ashley Young's own goal in the 84th minute allowed the hosts to equalise. A fifth victory in their last seven away matches would be perfect solace for Everton fans. Everton's single away defeat since September came in a derby against Liverpool.
